As promised and permitted by concerned agencies, motorcycle back-riding returned on the streets Friday, 10 July 2020, but one-handed handicap Jason Marinas, 63, stole the thunder from the other riders as he wowed ‘em with his style of driving along Zapote Road, Las Pinas City.

As he drives his scooter with his right hand, his 9-year-old daughter holds his crutches as they were on their way to his doctor for his regular check-up aling Zapote Road, Las Pinas City.

DILG Secretary Eduardo Año announced Thursday back-riding will be allowed again amid the pandemic provided riders have the necessary protective shield between them and proper identification cards (ID) that will determine if they have the same surnames and addresses.
