Operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested four individuals who figured in a drug buy-bust operation Wednesday in Manila.
Confiscated from the four suspects was a kilo of a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.
Police nabbed the still unidentified suspects in Barangay 384 Zone 39 District III in Manila.
