SEVERAL MEMBERS of the National Union of Journalists of the Philippines (NUJP) and the Concerned Artist of the Philippines (CAP) on Friday, 24 July 2020, dramatize their disapproval of the Anti-Terror Law (ATL) of 2020 at the façade of the high tribunal along Padre Faura St. in Manila.
Dressed up as “evil” and calling it “evil” as it can get, the NUJP and CAP militants filed what could be the 16th petition calling for the repeal of said law president Duterte recently signed.

The implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of ATL is yet to be finalized but Solicitor General Jose Calida says, in a related report, the said law is nevertheless already in effect.
