Philippine National Railways (PNR) personnel help locally stranded individuals (LSIs) carry their baggage aboard the train that will bring them home in the Bicol region.

On the third day of operations of the Hatid Tulong program of the government for LSIs amid the pandemic, at least 150 individuals enlisted and took the opportunity to get aboard the train at PNR Tutuban Station in Divisoria, Manila.
Before boarding, however, the LSIs all underwent rapid tests of the coronavirus. They also received each P2,000 travel allowance.
