A red-carpet welcome to Kapuso for a Kapamilya talent

NOT LONG after the word war among Kapamilya talents, which is now gradually subsiding, there have been so many twists and turns for some personalities since the network shutdown.

Some of its stars—for practical and economic reasons—go streaming but looks like their programs are hard to sustain. Some try new endeavors or use other platforms but we heard that some of the talents are quietly trooping to other stations to save their careers from downward trajectory.

Rumors are spreading like wildfirethatshows are being prepared by another network for its comeback bid in the entertainment scene and Kapamilya talents are reportedly jumping over the fence with rigodon music playing in the background. The question among the netizens, would the Kapuso prodigal talents who moved to Kapamilya go back to its former network? Is there still a place for them in their former studio?

There is Kapamilya actress-singer-host known for her humility and soft-spokenness who was accorded a red-carpet welcome by the Kapuso execs recently. Surely, her socmed followers and fans will have a giddy reaction if and when they learn that their idol has been accorded a warm welcome by the management of the reigning top network.

This could be the reason why she has been silent about the word war the controversial actress started against those who are not joining her battle.

The singer-host-actress can live a happy life with her beloved husband and not worry about their future because they are already financially secure. She can enter a quiet life of motherhood and can slow down on projects if she wants to. But despite the pandemic, she is still blessed with projects like her transfer to the reigning top network. Do we smell her husband being tagged along?

The tweetie bird also chirped that because of SATV host’s presence in her actually first home network, some of the newbies might be sidelined and their contracts might not be renewed anymore. So sad!

SINCE TV host Willie Revillame resumed his program “Tutok to Win” on GMA 7 at 5 p.m., it has always been like a rescue mission each time he dials a cell phone number from his prepared list just to announce to the recipient that “hey, you just won P10,000 pesos” and it makes him feel high as he hears shrieks and shouts of thanksgiving.

Willie sometimes sheds tears of joy, out of compassion and  mixed emotions each time he asks what will they do with the money, and he will receive answers like, “pambili po namin ng pagkain,” “ibibili ko po ng gamot ng tatay ko,”  “magpapagawa ng bubong na tumutulo pag umuulan,” and other primary needs.

Willie is now planning to raise the amount he is giving his viewers he will call every day. On top of that, he intends to give away WilCart to the lucky viewer he would call during “Tutok To Win.”  There are three WilCart designs— one is for a fish ball business, one is for a mini karinderia and the other for a garment business his followers could start on in this time of pandemic.

The biggest surprise, according to Willie is what he calls “pasabog” on his birthday come January 2021 and that is, a house and lot.

Meanwhile, Willie is taking all the necessary precautions and care for himself and his staff after his co-host Donita Nose was tested positive of COVID-19. He had his studio disinfected, an area inside his Wil Tower. And to be even more protected, Willie and his staff recently had their pneumonia vaccination and continue to observe all the protocols related to COVID-19.

       Good job!
