COTABATO CITY – Basilan Rep. Mujiv Hataman and his wife, Isabela City Mayor Sitti Djalia A. Turabin Hataman, have tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
In a Facebook post on Saturday, the congressman said the Covid-19 test results came out on Thursday and they both got positive results.
“Bumalik na ang resulta. Positive kami pareho. (The results came out. We are both positive),” he said.
Hataman said what seemed to be an ordinary cough on Thursday turned out to be a Covid-19 manifestation.
He said all his children and other people in their house, including house helpers, were subjected to swab tests.
Hataman said he and his wife are currently undergoing quarantine. (PNA)
