People form a kilometric line to claim their social amelioration fund at a remittance center in Pulang Lupa, Las Pinas City Wednesday, 05 August 2020 unmindful of the scorching heat of the sun and intermittent rains.
Most of the claimants are senior citizens who queued up as early as 5 in the morning.
Through the day, local police monitored the activity to assist them and enforce social distancing protocol and security.
