The Official Maharlika Association proudly announced that it has taken a key initiative to support its members who are Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) business owners and especially those who provide employment for others.

This is the (Fifty) 50 million pesos (Euro1M) “IDENTITY SME SUPPORT FUND,” which provides micro-loans to business owners and is now giving OMA members priority for them to avail under a special partnership arrangement.

OMA said that if you are a business owner, without any collateral, you are invited to avail of this support for your business either as a start-up or as expansion capital.

SMEs provide 70% of the country’s employment especially during this COVID-19 pandemic.

A committee has also been formed by OMA to address OMA SME Support and will be monitoring approvals on a weekly basis and handled by licensed financial institutions that will disburse the fund in the Philippines.

Should the program be successful, the IDENTITY FUND will increase its support for the OMA SMEs.

Individual aids to OMA members on food packs, seeds, medical equipment, medicines and other items will continue all over the country OMA said.
