On orders of the Pasay city government, the Southern Police District (SPD) Police Station 3 made sure quarantine passes are followed by market goers at Libertad public market corner Taft Avenue.
Under the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) being implemented in mega-Manila, only one quarantine pass per family is allowed to limit exposure and curtail the spread of coronavirus.
