MANILA – The southwest monsoon affecting the western section of the country and localized thunderstorms will cause isolated rains across the archipelago, a weather specialist said on Wednesday.
Luzon will likely experience isolated rain showers either in the afternoon or evening, said weather specialist Meno Mendoza of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
The Visayas and Mindanao will have fair weather with isolated rain showers, he added.
Mendoza said there is no weather disturbance currently within the Philippine area of responsibility.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail over the entire country, PAGASA said. (PNA)
