MANILA – The weather bureau forecast isolated rain showers due to the easterlies in some parts of the country on Monday.
The northeast monsoon affecting northern Luzon will bring isolated light rains over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
The rest of the country will experience isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds, moderate to rough seas will prevail over northern Luzon.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. (PNA)
