MANILA – A generally fair weather with cloudy skies will prevail in the country on Wednesday.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) forecast isolated light rains over Batanes and the Babuyan Islands due to the northeast monsoon affecting extreme northern Luzon.
The rest of the country will have isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will continue over extreme northern Luzon.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. (PNA)
