MANILA — Manila Police District (MPD) District Director P/BGen Leo Francisco has ordered 4,150 uniformed members of the MPD to undergo modified handgun proficiency evaluation.
The five-stage marksmanship program aims to distinguish cops who need to be retrained on proper gun shooting.
Francisco warns that anyone who fails the gun proficiency evaluation will be sent to training camp in Subic, Zambales to take intensive marksmanship courses. “Kung babagsak pa din yung pulis baka bawian n lang ng service firearm at batuta na lang ang ibigay sa kanya,” Francisco said. (AI/FC/MTVN)
