In Nueva Ecija, joint forces of the Provincial Mobile Public Safety Company, Regional Intelligence Unit of Cabanatuan and San Miguel police has finally collared Central Luzon’s No. 5 Most Wanted Person in Barangay Obrero, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija at around 9 a.m. on Saturday (05 Dec. 2020).

Reports reaching the office of PNP Regional Director PBGen Val De Leon, the suspect was identified as Ruiz Gutierrez y Alvarez, 32, resident of the said Barangay.
