MANILA — Residents of Taytay, Rizal can now undergo medical consultation without having to personally go to a doctor through the local government unit’s “tele-konsulta” program Mayor Joric Gacula said.

Under the program, Gacula said physical appearance may online be required if the patient needs to be examined extensively.

At the same time, the Taytay Municipal Health Office headed by Dr. Jeffrey Roxas is also planning to put up a Zoom page where residents can consult their medical issues online with doctors from the Taytay Emergency Hospital. (FC/MTVN)
