MANILA – Most parts of the country will experience isolated rain showers on Friday.
The northeast monsoon affecting northern Luzon will bring isolated light rains over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley, according to the latest bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
Localized thunderstorms will cause isolated rain showers over the rest of the country.
Moderate to strong winds, moderate to rough seas will continue to prevail over the northern and western sections of northern Luzon.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. (PNA)
