Elements of the San Jose del Monte police have arrested Romel Rabago, the No. 1 most wanted in Sual, Pangasinan, after 12 years of eluding authorities.
Police arrested Rabago, who is facing three counts of rape in Pangasinan, by virtue of the arrest warrant issued by Branch 43 RTC Presiding Judge Genoveva Coching-Maramba. No bail was recommended for his temporary liberty. (AI/FC/MTVN)
