Operatives of the Caloocan Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit nab alleged drug pusher Teodoro Capate (44) during a buy-bust operation in Barangay 176 in Bagong Silang, Caloocan City.
After several weeks of validating reports about Capate’s illegal activity, the police conducted a buy-busy operation and seized 15 grams of shabu worth P102,000. The suspect will face charges of violation of Sections 5 and 11 of Republic Act No. 9165. (FC/MTVN)
