Philippine National Police Anti Kidnapping Group (PNP-AKG) public information officer in P/Maj. Ronaldo Lumactod announced the successful arrest of kidnapping suspects John Paolo Gonzales and Rachel Erica Gonzales and two other suspects included in the PNP’s most wanted list.
Also apprehended for rape case in Leyte were Panfilo Vidal and a former Ilonggo police in PO2 Leonardo Soberano who is facing rape charges and illegal possession of firearm.
