Oriental Mindoro government distributes 335 tablets to students

CALAPAN City, Oriental Mindoro – Oriental Mindoro Provincial Governor Humerlito A. Dolor led the distribution of tablets for Grade 12 students of public schools in the province last Thursday, February 4, 2021 in Apitong National High School (ANHS) and Porfirio Comia Memorial National High School (COMEHI) on Friday, February 5, 2021.

From the 336 tablets, 76 were given to ANHS while 260 tablets were distributed to COMEHI as part of the provincial government’s effort to support students in their studies.

Governor Dolor also lauded the contribution of public-school teachers for their continuing commitment and dedication in providing quality education to students of the province.

He also announced that the provincial government will be constructing a covered court amounting to 3 million pesos at ANHS.

The distribution of tablets was also attended by Department of Education (DepEd) Oriental Mindoro Education Program Supervisor Dr. Jerry Huerto, Board members Idel Ilano, Alely Casubuan, and Naujan Vice Mayor Sheryl Morales. (AI/MTVN)
