MANILA – Easterlies will continue to affect Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday.
In its 5 a.m. weather bulletin, PAGASA said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies.
It warned the residents of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The whole country will have light to moderate winds, headed to east northeast with slight to moderate coastal water conditions, it added.
The temperature will range from 25.1°C to 31.8°C. (PNA)
