The Bicol Region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the tail-end of the frontal system affecting Central Luzon.
The easterlies affecting the rest of the country will cause isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Meanwhile, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) forecast moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas over Luzon and the eastern section of the Visayas.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. (PNA)
