100+ homebound ship passengers stranded at Manila North Harbor

According to some stranded individuals, they already have their tickets confirmed since March 21 but their schedule for departure was moved to 25th because the local government of their destination provinces was concerned about arriving travelers from Metro Manila amid the surge in COVID-19 cases in the capital.
As of Thursday (25 March 2021), the DOH hit a single-day high record of 8,773 positive cases of Covid-19. (Jhun Mabanag|B. Cuaresma|AI|MTVN)
