MANILA – Easterlies will continue to affect the whole of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday.
In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the weather bureau said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will continue to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
The seaboards of extreme Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong winds heading east to southeast, with moderate to rough coastal water.
The rest of the country will have slight to moderate coastal waters.
