MANILA – The trough of a low pressure area (LPA) will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Mindanao, the weather bureau said Tuesday.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the LPA outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has weakened. It is less likely to enter the PAR and develop into a tropical depression.
In its daily forecast, PAGASA said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have isolated rain showers caused by the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will continue to prevail across the country, PAGASA said. (PNA)
