MANILA – Most parts of the country will experience isolated rain showers on Wednesday, the weather bureau said.
The inter-tropical convergence zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao will continue to cause scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over the island, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
Flash floods or landslides are possible during moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have isolated rain showers due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail over the whole archipelago.
Meanwhile, the low-pressure area (LPA) that PAGASA has been monitoring was last seen 495 km. east of Davao City.
The LPA is embedded along the ITCZ, PAGASA said. (PNA)
