MANILA – The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will bring rains over the Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan, the weather bureau said Wednesday.
In its daily forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said these areas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
Flashfloods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains are possible, it added.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have isolated rain showers caused by the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate winds will continue to prevail over the whole country, PAGASA said. (PNA)
