MANILA – Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will continue to prevail over the province of Palawan and the areas of Visayas and Mindanao, the weather bureau said Thursday.
This is due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) affecting these areas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
Flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains are possible.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have isolated rain showers caused by the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will also prevail over the entire archipelago, PAGASA said. (PNA)
