MANILA — Senator Risa Hontiveros on Friday raised questions about a
certain Allan Lim and his alleged links to Pharmally Pharmaceutical
Corporation and President Duterte.
Hontiveros said Lim was in the video of the 2017 meeting of President
Duterte with Pharmally executives.
“Is this the same Lin Weixiong or Allan Lim insinuated by anti-drug
operator Eduardo Acierto as involved in the illegal drug trade? We
need to verify the identity of this person.
During the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing, the senator showed a
photo of Allan Lim with Rose Nono Lin, who is an incorporator of
Pharmally Biological Inc., a sister company of Pharmally
Pharmaceutical. Hontiveros’s sources alleged that Rose Lin is married
to Allan Lim.
Lin is also an incorporator of the Full Win or Fu De Sheng Group in
the Philippines, which is chaired by former presidential economic
adviser Michael Yang. The chairman of Xiamen-based Full Win, Zheng
Bingqiang, is also wanted in Taiwan for manipulating the stocks of
social media. She appears to be contemplating running for Congress in
District 5,” Hontiveros said, moving to issue a subpoena against Lin
in the hearing.
Hontiveros first revealed that the executives of Pharmally, the
biggest supplier of medical supplies for our pandemic response, are
fugitives from the law in Taiwan.
“It seems these people run in the same circles.
baho,” Hontiveros concluded.
