Tarlac police collars ‘Most Wanted’ HVI

TARLAC City – The Tarlac City Police Office today announced the arrest of the province’s Top Most Wanted Person identified as Reymon Liquiran during a manhunt operation conducted on September 20, 2021.

Tarlac Police Provincial Director Renante C. Cabico said that Liquiran was arrested at La Isabelle, Green Valley, Baguio City.

Liquiran is a member of the notorious “Collado” criminal group and is listed in PRO3 Top 10 Priority High-Value Individual (HVI). He is 32 years old, married, a construction worker, and a resident of Sitio Pananian, Brgy. Carangian, Tarlac City.

He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Robbery issued by Hon. ALLENE C. TORRES-PEÑA, Presiding Judge of RTC, Br. 110, Tarlac City, Tarlac under Criminal Case No. 12052-2021 with recommended bail of Php100,000.00 dated July 26, 2021.

Police Regional Director Valeriano T. De Leon assured residents that the PNP will continuously launch operations to account for and arrest all persons sought by law to rid communities of lawless elements. “One criminal off the street accords our citizens of a sound sleep,” De Leon said. (ai/mtvn)
