MANILA – Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may affect parts of the country over the weekend, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday.
The weather bureau said northeasterly windflow or localized thunderstorms affecting extreme Northern Luzon will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms to Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
It warned residents in affected areas against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds moving northeast will blow over extreme Northern Luzon with moderate to rough coastal waters.
Light to moderate winds moving northeast to east will blow over the rest of the country with slight to moderate coastal waters.
The minimum temperature will be 25.3°C and the maximum temperature will be 33.2°C. (PNA)
