After 2 years of renovation works, Ayala Museum in Makati reopens

After two years of renovation works, the Ayala Museum in Makati City made a soft opening to the public on Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021, that showcased a new gallery dedicated to Fernando Zobel, five exhibits, and a digital gallery.

The Ayala Museum and Filipinas Heritage Library (FHL) closed its doors for renovation in June 2019.

However, this time around and in response to the global coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, admission must be prebooked, entries will be timed entries, and admissions capacity will be limited.

All guests visiting the museum and library, regardless of age, must be fully vaccinated and will have to provide proof of vaccination upon entry for the safety of all visitors and staff. Full protocols, visitation guidelines, and reminders are available on Ayala Museum’s new website: http://www.ayalamuseum.org/visit.
