More than 100,000 attend BBM-Sara grand political rally; tandem earns full support, commitment in Bukidnon

MANILA — Presidential frontrunner Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos has expressed gratitude to tens of thousands of residents who welcomed him on Wednesday during his grand political rally at a crowd-filled capitol ground in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.

More than 100,000 UniTeam supporters welcome presidential frontrunner Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr during his visit to Bukidnon province on Thursday, March 31.

The show of support was first felt at the UniTeam’s caravan, which started at Valencia City where Marcos led the inauguration of the BBM-Sara UniTeam headquarters.

The caravan lasted for two hours as thousands of people line the streets to take a glimpse and greet him during the motorcade.

Upon his arrival at the capitol, Marcos was astounded to see the vast crowd that welcomed the UniTeam into the province.

Local organizers disclosed that more than 100,000 supporters went to the capitol ground to see and hear the UniTeam’s message of unity.

“Akala ko malamig dito sa Malaybalay, Bukidnon pero di ko naramdaman dahil sa init ng pagtanggap ninyo sa UniTeam,” he said.

For Gov. Jose Maria Zubiri, he shared that he had known Marcos for a long time, that’s why he knew that he had a great love for the poor and those in need.

Marcos’ running mate, Inday Sara Duterte, was represented by Sen. Ronald ‘Bato’ Dela Rosa.

Dela Rosa said the Marcos- Duterte tandem must always be united in order for the country to have continued progress as he pooh-poohed efforts by some presidential wannabees like Isko Domagoso and Leni Robredo who were heartlessly dumping their running mates Doc Willie Ong and Kiko Pangilinan respectively, in favor of Sara.
