MUNOZ, Nueva Ecija – The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Commissioner Ronald Adamat today led the unveiling of the “WORLD PEACE MARKER” at the Central Luzon State University (CLSU), the first among the State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in the Philippines to have one.

The monument will serve as a permanent symbol that will remind the peace-loving constituents of CLSU of their shared responsibility to make the university a zone of peace.

The marker is a joint project of CLSU, Volunteer Individuals for Peace (VIP), Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL – Philippines), International Womens Peace Group (IWPG – Philippines), and International Peace Youth Group. (ai/mtvn)
