MANILA — Las Piñas City Mayor Imelda Aguilar thanked the Department of Social Welfare and Development-National Capital Region (DSWD-NCR) for the recognition given to the city government as No. 2 among Metro Manila cities in compliance with the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).
