MANILA — The National Bureau of Investigation- Bayombong District Office (NBI-BAYDO) conducted an Anti-Human Trafficking operation in Sta. Rosa, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya which resulted in the arrest of Evangelina Torres Escalante and Analyn Estabilo Torres.

The operation stemmed from a piece of information received by NBI-BAYDO alleging that Sunrise Videoke Bar (Sunrise) is engaged in prostitution by employing women as Guest Relations officers (GRO) who are being offered sexual exploitation for a fee ranging from Php1,500.00- Php3,000.00.
