MANILA — Quoting philosopher Heraclitus that “the only constant in life is change,” Itchyworms’ lead guitarist Chino Singson has announced that he and his family will be moving to Canada at the end of the month.

Chino, however, stressed on the band’s Facebook page, that he was not leaving the Itchyworms.

“To be clear, I’m not leaving the band as a member. ‘Change venue’ lang kumbaga. I’ll still be working with the team, helping out with social media and back office tasks,” Chino said.

It can be recalled that before ABS-CBN was shut down, its talent and comedian Jobert Austria, or more popularly known as ‘Kuya Jobert’, migrated to Canada.

GMA-7 personality Rhea Santos also moved to Canada in 2019 after around 19 years of working in the television broadcasting industry in the Philippines. (ai/mtvn)
