MANILA — President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. said that his son, Ilocos Norte Representative Ferdinand Sandro Marcos may also have his state visit in the future.

“Alam na niya ‘yung gagawin niya,” he said.

The younger Marcos, 28, traveled with the president on his trips to Singapore from September 6-7 and to Indonesia from September 4-6.

During their meeting with Indonesian President Joko Widodo on September 5, Sandro was seen standing beside his father, Finance Secretary Benjamin Diokno, and Foreign Secretary Enrique Manalo, among others.

He also attended the brunch on September 7 that Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong held.

The President also reminisced the time when he joined his late father during state visits.

At nakikita ko, ganito pala ang patakbo ng state visit,” he said.
