BAGUIO City – The city government’s Smoke-Free Baguio Task Force has issued a warning to establishments selling candies shaped like cigarettes and with packaging that imitate popular cigarette brands that are being sold in the market.

The task force said that it is a violation of City Ordinance Number 34, series of 2017, particularly the provision on advertisement and promotion ban.

“We are encouraging everyone to report any establishments or individuals selling this kind of confectionaries to us,” the task force emphasized.
