BOC-NAIA showcases digitized, transparent, and excellent public service in 62nd-anniversary photo contest

MANILA — As part of the Port’s 62nd Anniversary Celebration, the BOC Port of Ninoy Aquino International Airport conducted a photo contest with the anniversary theme: “Soaring Towards A Digitized, Transparent and Excellent Public Service”.
The photo contest was participated by different divisions and offices of the Port. Twenty-two (22) entries were judged by selected distinguished guests from different fields and are now on display.
With the caption, “Through Digitalization, We Increase Revenue Collection, Strengthen Border Control and Enhance Trade Facilitation”, the Sub-Port of Central Mail Exchange Center (CMEC) won the contest.

The Enforcement and Security Service (ESS) ended up the first runner up, Express Cargo Clearance Facility (ECCF) – Paircargo as 2nd runner up, and Arrival Operations Division as 3rd runner up.
The photo contest aims to showcase all the digitization efforts of the Port along with the daily duties and responsibilities of the Bureau’s employees.
Port of NAIA District Collector Carmelita M. Talusan, in her speech during the awarding ceremony, extends her gratitude to all the BOC officials and personnel for their participation to showcase all reform initiatives of the Port in support of the priority plans of Customs Commissioner Yogi Filemon L. Ruiz.
