MANILA — Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan and Vice Mayor Yul Servo Nieto this city joined hands in the distribution of education assistance for eligible students in the country’s capital city.
The Educational Assistance Program, under the Manila Department of Social Welfare (MDSW), provides financial aid to qualified students of Manila.
