Army strengthens safety, security for “Undas 2022”

MANILA — In observance of All Souls’ Day and All Saints’ Day, the Philippine Army through the Grave Services Unit (GSU) of the Army Support Command (ASCOM) and Headquarters and Headquarters Support Group (HHSG), made their preparations for safety and crowd control at the Libingan ng Mga Bayani in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

Tents, portable toilets, electric cars, and teams of explosive and ordinance disposal (EOD); K9; civil disturbance management (CDM); chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN); mobile police (MP); bio-safety; and ambulance-medic along with vigil guards, signal personnel, usherettes, and action officers are already deployed to strengthen the Task Force Undas 2022.

Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner Jr. assured the public that the command has beefed up its security and safety protocols 24/7 to ensure the smooth and safe observance of Undas 2022. (ai/mtvn)
