BORBON, Cebu — Tagging him as the “Pride of Borbon,” residents in this municipality have hailed the appointment of Vice Mayor Roy D. Garcia ran unopposed and won handily on Tuesday, February 21, during the 27th VLMP National Convention, hosted by the VLMP-NCR and held in one of the hotels in Metro Manila.
“The VMs League has several capacity building and skills training programs geared at improving the VMs of the country,” Garcia noted.
For his part, Melgo said he will exert his “very best effort” to help Garcia as the new National Executive Vice President of VLMP.
