The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) cautioned that heat-related ailments such as cramps and exhaustion are probable under the danger level, or heat indices ranging from 41°C to 51°C. Prolonged exposure to the sun may also lead to heatstroke.

Meanwhile, fair weather conditions are expected to prevail across the archipelago on Monday, accompanied by isolated rain showers due to easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA also forecasts light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas across the country.
