THE POLICE and military signed on Wednesday a joint directive aimed at cooperative efforts to quell threats of terrorism and communist insurgency in the country. The signing adopts efforts of both enforcement organizations on maintaining peace and security and upholding civil, political and human rights, under the rule of law.
