Catriona Gray appeared Tuesday at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) headquarters along Taft Avenue in Manila to file a formal complaint against the person who uploaded a photoshopped nude photo of her that circulated on social media. The former Miss Universe appealed to NBI’s cybercrime unit to help her pin down the suspect and file necessary legal action.
