MANILA — Fair weather is expected to persist across the Philippines on Tuesday (19 March 2024), according to meteorologist Grace Castañeda from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Castañeda noted that generally, the archipelago will experience fair conditions due to the easterlies, though isolated rain showers may occur due to localized thunderstorms.

She cautioned that severe thunderstorms could bring moderate to heavy rainfall, advising the public to take precautions against potential flooding and landslides.

Fortunately, Castañeda mentioned that there are no weather disturbances forecasted to affect the country at present.

PAGASA anticipates light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas across the nation.
