AKTOR NA SI RICARDO CEPEDA ARESTADO SA SYNDICATED ESTAFA

INARESTO ng mga tauhan ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit ng Quezon City Police District (QCPD) ang aktor na si Ricardo Cepeda sa Caloocan City sa kasong syndicated estafa.

Si Cepeda, 58, at Richard Cesar Go sa totoong buhay, ay nahuli noong Oktubre 7, ayon sa ulat ng QCPD na inilabas nitong Linggo.

Siya ang dating asawa ng aktres na si Snooky Serna.

Isinilbi ng pulisya ang warrant of arrest laban kay Cepeda para sa kasong syndicated estafa sa ilalim ng Article 314 ng Revised Penal Code in relation to Presidential Decree 1689.

Hindi nanlaban si Cepeda nang mailagay sa kustodiya ng pulisya.

Ang warrant of arrest ay inilabas ni Regional Trial Court Branch 12 Judge Gemma Bucayu-Madrid sa Sanchez Mira, Cagayan.
