Tollway companies have deployed 1,500 traffic and toll system personnel to enhance patrol visibility in preparation for the expected surge of motorists on the NLEX/SLEX as the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) and All Saints’ Day (Undas) approach.
As of Saturday morning, October 28, 2023, the increased traffic flow out of Metro Manila has not yet been significantly observed in Valenzuela City. The North Luzon Expressway continues to maintain normal traffic conditions.
According to reports from the North Luzon Expressway – Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (NLEX-SCTEX) monitoring, as of 7 a.m., the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) lanes remain uncongested, ensuring a continuous flow of vehicles.
