K-Pop star G-Dragon has made his first public appearance since being named in an alleged drug probe.

He denied any involvement in drug-related activities and assured fans of his cooperation with the ongoing investigation.

G-Dragon also addressed unrelated matters, including his hair color, and gave a cryptic response when asked about a specific brothel linked to the controversy.

The investigation will continue, and G-Dragon is expected to undergo a drug test.

The case has been further complicated by negative drug test results from actor Lee Sun Kyun, adding confusion to the legal proceedings.

K-Pop sensation G-Dragon made a significant public appearance on November 6, marking his first engagement with the media since he became embroiled in drug allegations.

The artist arrived at the Incheon Police Station to meet the investigators regarding the accusations surrounding his alleged drug use on Monday morning.

Before the police questioning, G-Dragon took a moment to address the media, breaking silence on the controversy.

With a resolute tone, he stated, “I have nothing to do with the drug crimes (alleged against me). I am here to reveal this”.

When questioned about his recent hair color modifications, G-Dragon confirmed that he hadn’t dyed or bleached his hair.

The conversation took a curious turn when he was asked about a specific exclusive brothel linked to the ongoing controversy.

G-Dragon’s response was, “We’ll have to see”.

Addressing his devoted fans, the idol offered reassuring words, asking them not to be overly concerned and assuring them of his full cooperation with the ongoing investigation.

He said, “Don’t worry too much. I’ll cooperate well and return.”

As the investigation proceeds, G-Dragon is expected to undergo a drug test. It’s noteworthy that he has consistently refuted all allegations against him.

G-Dragon, the leader of the K-pop boy group BIGBANG, has recently come under police investigation due to allegations of drug use. This development was reported by Korean media on Wednesday (October 25).

According to News1, a prominent Korean news outlet, G-Dragon was booked by the Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency for purportedly violating the Narcotic Control Act. The police have not disclosed further details about the case, as it is still under investigation.

It is important to note that G-Dragon’s case is unrelated to that of Parasite star Lee Sun-kyun, who was recently reported to be under investigation for alleged drug use.

YG Entertainment, the long-time label of BIGBANG, declined to comment on the matter. They explained, “G-Dragon is currently not an artist under our agency, so it is difficult for us to make an official response,” as reported by Soompi.

In 2011, G-Dragon faced a controversy when he was suspected of smoking marijuana at an after-party hosted by BIGBANG in Japan. Although his urine test came back negative, a hair test indicated faintly positive results, leading him to admit to the charges that same year.

In 2012, he discussed the issue on the SBS show Healing Camp, explaining that he had been heavily intoxicated when offered what he believed to be a regular cigarette by a party guest. Wanting to avoid appearing disrespectful, he accepted the offer and claimed ignorance about the smell and characteristics of marijuana, stating, “I’ve never been exposed to marijuana, so I don’t even know what it smells like.”
